RÉSEAU ACADÉMIQUE SUR LA CHARTE SOCIALE EUROPÉENNE ET LES DROITS SOCIAUX – R.A.C.S.E.

Le R.A.C.S.E. est une association à but non lucratif réunissant prioritairement des personnes des milieux académiques, mais aussi des personnalités non académiques souhaitant contribuer à la réalisation de ses missions.

Le réseau a pour but la promotion de la Charte sociale européenne et des droits sociaux en Europe, en lien avec les expériences sur d’autres continents.

Il prend toute initiative propre à faire connaître la Charte sociale européenne et les autres instruments de protection des droits sociaux en Europe, ainsi qu’à améliorer leur mise en œuvre et leur protection tant à l’échelle du Conseil de l’Europe que dans les Etats membres de cette organisation.

Les actions du Réseau prennent principalement les formes suivantes :

• Enseignement et formation ;
• Recherche et publication ;
• Expertise juridique ;
• Contribution à des procédures juridictionnelles ou contentieuses nationales et internationales, notamment en qualité d’amicus curiae.

ACADEMIC NETWORK ON THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL RIGHTS AND SOCIAL RIGHTS – A.N.E.S.C.

The A.N.E.S.C. is a non profit organisation of academics and other persons who wish to contribute to his aim.

The Network’s mission is to promote the European Social Charter and of social rights in Europe, in relationship with experiences of the other continents.

It shall take every initiative conducive to making the European Social Charter and the other instruments for the protection of social rights known in Europe, and to improving their application and protection both at the level of the Council of Europe and in its member states.

The Network’s actions shall principally take these forms:

• Education and training;
• Research and publication;
• Legal expertise;
• Contributions to national and international judicial or contentious proceedings, particularly in an amicus curiae capacity.
